About Us

Determined to successfully navigate treatment and access any resources available to her as a cancer patient, Mary Jenkins heard stories of the emotional and financial hardships that people experienced while going through treatment and quickly came to the conclusion that there were simply no cancer organizations that helped patients to the extent that they so desperately needed. While in active treatment for Stage III almost Stage IV Breast Cancer, Ms. Jenkins founded the COC in October of 2006; an IRS recognized faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization - purposed to help cancer patients SUCCEED on their ROAD TO RECOVERY through Awareness, Emotional Support and Financial Relief Services.

Our services are available to men, women and parents of children in ACTIVE cancer treatment respectfully, compassionately and without discrimination.
